Artemis Fowl flash fictions. These are mostly humourous anecdotes, written to accommodate my breeding plot bunnies. Chapter 31: Every full moon, just after the Ritual, fairies used to perform the traditional fairy folkdance, the ring dance, with their mate.

I just realized how the summary didn't match in with the plot I had in mind at all, so I changed the title and bits of the summary. The title and story was inspired by the war novel All Quiet on the Western Front.

Opal Koboi: Mastermind. Clever. Insane. Criminal. Incarcerated.

This is the Opal in one world. Her parents didn't love her. Her brother loved her. But he was killed. Since then, her hate and desire to prove herself to Dominic was her motivation. Currently incarcerated in the Atlantis Prison. 

There is another Opal in another world.  

Opal Stoutland: Calculating. Reserved. Observative. Moral. A human war hero.

Adopted Father: Hunter Stoutland

She was abandoned. Hunter found her, and then adopted her despite his status as a single man. Lives aboveground with her father as a test case determining whether fairy children who live aboveground are different from fairy children who live underground. Since then, Opal has lived through WWII, the Cold War, the Vietnam war, and currently the war in Iraq. As of now, Opal Stoutland holds the title of General in the American Army.
