How did they get the ring in the first place. When Bilbo found the ring, he only kept it because it made him invisible. Otherwise it was of no use to him. If whoever you are saying is Bilbo is a fairy, then they would have no use for the ring because they can shield. That is unless the ring has a different meaning in this version... Is Artemis Frodo? I really havent read Lord of the Rings but I have read The Hobbit. Please update! {:~)

Author's Response: yeah, isn't it refreshing? The two geniuses working together . . . :) But what are they doing? any ideas? I personally am stuck. Artemis is too brilliant for a dummy like me to be writing about his ingenius schemes lol

...Wow. This is.... Shockingly amazing. I love classic fantasy AND modern fantasy, which combines into one.
If she please not her master, who hath betrothed her to himself, then shall he let her be redeemed: to sell her unto a strange nation he shall have no power, seeing he hath dealt deceitfully with her. And if he have betrothed her unto his son, he shall deal with her after the manner of daughters.
Exodus 21:8-9
