The 'Fowl Fan of the Month' Award, which is the successor to the AFC Fan of the Week competition, is a competition where, every month, an AFC Forum Member is awarded the title of 'Fowl Fan of the Month,' and gains VIP access. VIP access gives the forum member a shiny, golden name and access to the VIP Forum, which is where they can get information, images and all kinds of other things early. Examples include page-spreads of the Artemis Fowl Graphic novel nearly half a year before it was released, a chapter of The Lost Colony before it was released, AFC/EC interview samples and so much more! We are also going to soon be offering prizes, such as t-shirts and badges to VIPs and FFotM winners!
How do I participate?
Want to be in the running for the FFotM prize? Well, it's simple! Head over to the AFC Forum, register and start posting! The FFotM is decided on by the following factors:
- Forum Conduct
- Site Loyalty
- AF General Knowledge
- Participation in the forums and around the site
- And just generally how you personally affect the forums.
You are entered in for the FFotM award the moment you join the AFC forums, and a new FFotM is awarded on the first monday of every month.
